New energy battery management system solution

The battery management system (BMS) mainly monitors the working status of electric vehicle batteries, controls battery charging and discharging, manages thermal issues, and ensures battery energy balance. The BMS communicates with the vehicle controller, intelligent charger, instrument panel, and other components through the CAN bus to achieve safe, reliable, and efficient management of the entire battery system.

C*Core's BMS solution is based on its MCUs. In this solution, the battery control unit (BCU) receives and comprehensively judges battery basic information, calculates SOC(State of Charge), uploads or downloads control instructions, performs input/output signal detection, and manages the CAN network. The sampling unit- AFE chip connects in a daisy chain and is responsible for collecting information such as battery voltage and temperature. CCFC2007PT and CCFC2017BC MCU series can meet different vehicle's requirements for BCU in battery management systems.
